As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and accelerating our existing Women Health and LifeStyle business, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the brand P&L.
Reporting to the Brand Lead, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy. This role requires deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing acumen, operational discipline & a passion for improving the well being of our consumers through impactful product offerings. You will work for BeNe, with offices in Ghent and Rotterdam. If your home country is Belgium we ask min. 1 day/month to be present in the Netherlands (and vice versa). Where needed and upon request of your manager this can be more than 1 day/month.
Scope of the Role
Deliver Business Goals, Develop & implement Brand Marketing Strategy
* Work with Brand Lead & Management to develop short & LT business & brand plans for assigned brands.
* Prepare business cases to generate brand growth & optimize P&L.
Develop Best in Class Roll out & Activation Plans
* Contribute to & drive NPD launches, leveraging Central success models and adapting to local requirements.
* Develop omnichannel activation plans aligned with overall business goals and global guidelines.
* Collaborate & work closely with your key stakeholders: Management, CS&I, Regulatory, Supply, Demand, Corporate, Media & Marketing Agencies,
Develop Local Brand Success Model
