Styl Aviation, a well-established aircraft maintenance and CAMO organization located in Antwerp (Belgium), is looking for a motivated Maintenance Planner to strengthen our team. In this role, you act as a central coordination and communication point within the organization: you safeguard the planning of both ongoing and new projects, ensure smooth internal alignment, and are the trusted point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
As Maintenance Planner, you will work in a high-quality maintenance environment in accordance with EASA and other international regulations. You ensure accurate planning, preparation, and follow-up of all maintenance activities.
You are responsible for:
* Planning and workload calculation
* Translating work packages into a realistic, executable maintenance plan, accounting for the required man hours and resources.
* Monitoring workload capacity, availability of technicians, and workload distribution among the maintenance team.
* Internal coordination
* Ensuring a smooth information flow between the maintenance department, CAMO office and parts department.
* Aligning with the parts department to ensure essential parts are identified and pre-ordered on time.
* Providing the general office with updates on ongoing projects, aftersales updates on ordered parts, etc.
Qualifications
* Experience in maintenance planning, ideally in a technical or operational environment. Experience in aviation is a strong bonus but not required.
* Ability to calculate workload/ man-hours and translate technical tasks into structured planning.
* Basic technical knowledge, ideally related to (aircraft) maintenance or engineering.
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to stand your ground. You are assertive when needed.
* High degree of initiative: you take ownership, drive actions forward, and engage others.
* Well-organized and structured: you can coordinate and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously.
