What you do
1. You will build commercial relationships with customers and prospects and work as a team with the Sales Managers.
2. You process quotation requests and technical questions from customers.
3. You follow up customer-specific files and orders.
4. You create orders in the SAP system and manage the order book of your assigned customers.
5. You follow up the delivery process.
6. You keep the price lists up to date.
7. You handle communication to customers in consultation with the Sales Director.
8. You work closely with internal departments such as Logistics, R&D, Marketing and Operations.
Who you are
9. You obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10. You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
11. You are administratively very accurate, well-organised, assertive and stress-resistant.
12. You have a customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
13. You are familiar with Microsoft Office and you have a first experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP).
14. You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
