We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to strengthen our Global Business Services Transformation offering. You will be part of a highly skilled team of consultants driving large-scale GBS transformations, ERP implementations, operating model development and finance organization design. You will be helping clients optimize their processes, governance, and technology enablement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a trusted advisor in the visioning, the design and implementation of Global Business Service models and ERP implementations.
Defining target operating models (TOM), governance structures, and service delivery frameworks.
Conducting process analysis, standardization, and optimization across business units.
Supporting process migration and transition management across business units and geographies.
Driving digital enablement through ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools (RPA, workflow, analytics).
Contributing to change management, stakeholder alignment, and training activities.
Let's talk about you
3–5 years of consulting or transformation experience in Global Business Services (GBS) setup, TOM definition or ERP implementations.
Solid understanding of Finance process frameworks (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R).
Experience with process design, transition management and operating model definition.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a client-first approach.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus).
Fostering Finance efficiency and effectiveness through your organization & operations excellence.
