We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Partnership Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our partner network and increase Odoo's presence worldwide.
Your primary objective will be to identify, qualify, and onboard new partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit. You will be the first point of contact for our partnership network, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing potential partners through various platforms and developing a strategy to engage with them
* Qualifying potential partners, understanding their business needs, and determining how we can create a win-win relationship
* Analyzing and understanding partner profiles, challenges, and pain points to determine the best approach
* Providing personalized product demonstrations and negotiating conditions for collaboration
You will be successful in this role if you:

* Can think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions
* Are fluent in English and/or other European languages
