As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with major retailers across Belgium and Luxembourg, shifting the relationship from transactional to value-driven.
Key responsibilities:
5. Manage and grow strategic accounts with large retail and food service chains
6. Translate payment data into actionable business insights and growth opportunities
7. Build tailored reporting aligned with merchant KPIs and business plans
8. Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals with a strategic mindset
9. Drive the adoption of new solutions in close collaboration with internal teams
About the ideal candidate
10. Strong experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or retail environments
11. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, KPIs and business plans to support commercial decisions
12. Hands-on experience with data-driven reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, dashboards)
13. Solid background in commercial negotiations and annual planning cycles
14. Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
