Here’s what we need: Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field. Recruitment experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context. People-oriented: A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues. Proactive and driven: You take initiative and are result-oriented. Organized and adaptable: You can handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Language skills: Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
