Be the link between business and team: you clarify needs, challenge assumptions and bring focus to what really matters.
Facilitate refinement, planning, reviews and demos so the team understands the “why” behind the work.
Use Agile techniques to slice and dice requirements into incremental steps that deliver visible progress.
Contribute to the quality of the product by keeping user experience, consistency and long-term maintainability in mind.
Help strengthen our internal product community by sharing experiences, tools and best practices with other Sweeties.
Several years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in custom software / digital products.
Solid understanding of Agile software development (Scrum, Kanban or similar) and how to apply it pragmatically.
You get to the point and explain decisions in plain language.
You adapt your message to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
You naturally build trust and long-term relationships with stakeholders and your team.
You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams with business, design and technology profiles.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
