Azelis is strengthening its global digital capabilities, and we are looking for a CRM Functional Analyst who is passionate about Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. If you enjoy translating business needs into smart digital solutions and want to make a real impact on how our commercial teams work worldwide, this role is for you.
Your mission
As our CRM Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping, optimizing, and continuously improving our global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing. You will support our commercial operations in building best‑practice processes, ensuring ease of use, and helping our teams get the most value out of our digital tools.
You will also act as an ambassador of our digital products, driving adoption and supporting our journey toward a more data-driven and digitally empowered organization.
What you will do
1. Shape the functional design and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions to align with business objectives and deliver best-in-class processes.
2. Optimise the current implementation of D365 according to the needs of Azelis.
3. As a functional expert for Sales & Marketing, understand the various components and processes in use and support our commercial operations to achieve best practice processes using D365.
4. Deliver end user training and create/maintain functional training materials.
5. Work with business on identifying and improving the ease-of-use of D365.
6. Provide insights into user needs related to D365 and recommend enhancements.
7. Support the team in solving requests & incidents while keeping stakeholders informed.
8. You are an ambassador of Azelis digital products. Engage with Azelis business to raise Azelis’ overall digital capabilities.
What you bring
9. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or analyst in multiple CRM implementations.
10. Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Customer Voice & Copilot is preferred.
11. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
13. Knowledge of agile working methodologies.
14. Bachelor or Master’s degree in information systems or similar through experience.
