Job Description:
a) Analyze and propose alternatives to modify or expand the instrumentation and control system necessary for production optimization.
b) Identify the list of jobs needed in instrumentation and control for production optimization, including the resources required for implementation.
c) Implement programming logic and required equipment changes.
d) Supervise the correct use of resources, seeking to maximize their efficiency, care, and lifespan.
e) Carry out work in accordance with company policies, guidelines, legal orders, regulations, and procedures.
f) Ensure the application of security and environmental controls necessary for task execution.
g) Manage resources for task execution (materials, equipment, services, inputs).
h) Ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
i) Communicate directly with suppliers to resolve issues.
j) Ensure correct classification of waste generated during work.
k) Supervise the work of contractors according to company procedures.
l) Develop technical bases for necessary instrumentation and control services.
m) Perform backups of PLC programs, robot programs, and HMI files.
n) Analyze and support problem-solving in the production process, identifying root causes.

Qualifications:
* Technical education in electromechanics, automation, or related fields
* Over 3 years of experience in production/maintenance roles, with at least 2 years in automation focusing on efficiency improvements
* Advanced skills in PLC programming
* Advanced skills with robots (Kuka, ABB)
* Advanced knowledge of electricity, medium and high voltage
* Good understanding of 5S methodology
* Intermediate English proficiency
* Strong teamwork skills
* Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
* Knowledge of industrial instrumentation (sensors and actuators)
* Ability to read and design electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams
