Technical Business Analyst – ServiceNow
General Information Business Analyst required for a leading consultancy who are a partner of ServiceNow specialising in large implementations within the Flemish Government departments.
Looking for Technical Business Analysts with ServiceNow that understand technology and can capture business needs of customer and work with the tech team to translate to technical requirement document.
Support with the complete lifecycle from capturing client requirements, understanding business requirements, functional analysis, support technical solution design, implementation, UAT Testing. Ability to have discussion with the customer and advise which features of tech they really need.
Good technical understanding of ServiceNow coupled with the soft skills to speak to the client to understand their requirements
Skills Required 5 years Technical Business Analysis 5 years ServiceNow with a knowledge of broad range of modules including HR, security etc. Previous experiencing in bridging the gap between the customer and technical team Support & Advise customers to optimise license costs Public Sector experience dealing with the Flemish Government and Federal Institutions – Desirable
Language - French and/or Dutch Based in Brussels Hybrid Working 12 month contract
