About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to take on a broad, high-impact finance role within a fast-growing organization. This position combines hands-on operational finance with strategic financial analysis. You will work closely with leadership, support key business decisions, and help build scalable financial processes from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, has a strong sense of ownership, and wants to make a tangible impact.
Job Requirements
* 2-4years of experience infinancial analysis, controlling, or a similar finance role
* An algorithmic mindset:Strong analytical andmodellingskillscombined with the ability to synthesize and communicate succinctly
* The ability to connectoperational accounting to financial modellingwould be a strong plus
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable working with ambiguity
* Able to switch easily betweendetail and strategy
* Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
* Systems & tools

* Exact Online and/or Odoo
* Workflow automation tools: Make.com,Zapier,n8n,Workato,UI Bakery...

Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
* Build, maintain, and improve the company’s financial plan to supportinvestments, fundraising, due diligence, andcorporate financeprocesses.
* Develop andanalyzefinancial models and business casesfor new initiatives (e.g. new business models).
* Prepare clear, decision-readyfinancial presentationsfor external stakeholders such as banks and suppliers.
Financial Control & Operations
* Performcost controllingby comparing actuals versus budget and financial plans.
* Support theimplementation of a new accounting setup, including SG&A Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
* Improve financial reporting, transparency, and data quality in a lean environment.
Process & Systems Improvement
* Structure, document, and automate cross-functional processes acrossFinance, Administration, Sales, and Purchasing.
* Support and optimizecontract management workflows, including tools such asDocuSign.
* Contribute to finance-related digitization initiativesusing modern tools such as Make.com, AIChatbots,....
Market Insights
* Conductmarket research and competitive analysisto support strategic decision-making.
* Translate market and operational data into actionable financial insights.
Ad-hoc & Special Projects
* Support contract creation and review from a financial perspective.
