OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
You hold a Master's degree in a field you enjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, Public Administration, Psychology, Finance… we're quite open.
You speak English and French, German or Dutch.
And ideally, you have experience in one or several of the following:
Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforce planning
Transformation projects or PMO activities
Process mapping and process optimization
Business or strategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
Building strong, sharp, executive-ready presentations
Managing or coordinating project deliverables
Working with multiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way
