Functieomschrijving
As a Back-up Team Leader, you help the Team Leader and take over when they are absent. You make sure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely, keeping productivity, quality, and a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities:
* Support and replace the Team Leader when needed
* Guide and motivate team members on the floor
* Keep track of productivity, quality, and safety
* Report progress and any problems to management
* Suggest improvements to make work more efficient
