We are looking for a Global Sales Specialist in Industrial Toxicology, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and who will be able to work remotely from any country.
What do we expect from you as a Sales Specialist – Industrial Toxicology?
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for industrial toxicology services, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical sector.
4. Identify and engage potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and regulatory bodies, emphasizing our expertise in drug development, clinical research, manufacturing, and environmental impact assessments.
5. Build a continuous pipeline of opportunities to support the growth of the toxicology business
6. Negotiate, close and contract toxicology deals with clients to achieve business and financial objectives
7. Work closely with our marketing team to develop and finetune the marketing activities and associated channels in order to generate leads for the toxicology business
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs in pharmaceutical processes and providing tailored solutions.
9. Collaborate closely with our scientific and consulting teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality toxicology services at critical stages of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence, particularly in the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing and environmental impact.
11. Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company networking with prospects clients, highlighting our specialization in industrial toxicology relevant to pharmaceuticals.
Who are we looking for?
12. Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
13. Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Toxicology or related life science consulting services.
14. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry understanding critical stages and challenges in the value chain.
15. Networked with the pharma sector with the ability to generate new leads based on our specialized offerings and a trust-based sales approach.
16. Proficiency in CRM software & sales analytics tools. Sales Automation Systems like HubSpot is a plus*.
17. Multilingual capabilities with English proficiency is a must. Spanish is a plus.
18. Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
20. Willingness to travel globally as needed.
