Your role:

As Sales Account Manager, you will be EssilorLuxottica’s representative towards Opticians across Wallonia and Luxembourg. You will develop, build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure that EssilorLuxottica is progressive and growing as the customers' preferred supplier.

Please note that this role is predominantly field based so 80% of your time will be spent visiting customers. The position covers mostly Wallonia but you will be expected to visit customers in Luxembourg from time to time. You will spend one day a week at our office near Brussels.



Main responsibilities:

* You are responsible for the sales of optical equipment from EssilorLuxottica Instruments division for Wallonia and Luxembourg;
* You create your own regional plan and make appointments with opticians;
* You visit (potential) customers, demonstrate instruments, provide product information, and convert sales opportunities into orders;
* You organize and support various activities to promote sales, including organizing training sessions and giving presentations to opticians;
* You represent EssilorLuxottica at trade fairs and assist customers in our showroom;
* You contribute ideas for the implementation of sales campaigns;
* You work closely with the lens and frame team to support our customers and meet their needs;
* You handle complaints and solve problems for opticians.



Main requirements:

* You have completed a (optics-related) degree or have experience in the optical sales industry;
* You are communicative and highly driven;
* You have a strong commercial mindset with several years of field experience in the optics industry;
* You are customer- and service-oriented and have an affinity for technology and automation;
* You can work well in a team.
* Language: French and Flemish or English
