E-Commerce Manager
Reporting to the General Manager of the Humana Iberia, we are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven profile to lead and execute our digital strategy across key online channels, with a strong focus on Amazon, e‑pharmacies, and D2C.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 eCommerce Channel Strategy
You will define and drive the overall eCommerce strategy, shaping how we operate across channels and customer segments. This includes setting pricing and promotional guidelines, building sustainable business models, and ensuring strong financial performance through accurate forecasting and P&L ownership.
🔹 Amazon (Core Responsibility)
You will fully own and grow the Amazon business, managing both its commercial and operational complexity. From leading annual negotiations and defining pricing strategies to optimizing content, advertising, and the customer journey, you will ensure strong visibility, conversion, and profitability while maximizing return on investments.
🔹 e‑Pharmacy Channel Development
You will expand and strengthen our presence with key online pharmacy accounts by building tailored commercial strategies. This involves adapting assortment and promotions, negotiating agreements, and co‑creating impactful digital activation plans to drive growth.
🔹 D2C (Own Website) Development
You will lead the development and continuous optimization of our direct‑to‑consumer channel, enhancing the end‑to‑end customer experience. By improving UX/UI, managing the tech ecosystem, and driving traffic through performance marketing and CRM, you will increase conversion, engagement, and customer value.
🔹 Commercial & Financial Management
You will closely monitor performance across channels, ensuring sales growth and profitability. This includes managing budgets, evaluating ROI of initiatives, and leading forecasting and financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
🔹 Product & Portfolio Strategy
You will shape the online product offering by defining the right assortment for each channel and supporting digital launches. Working cross‑functionally, you will ensure alignment on pricing, formats, and go‑to‑market execution.
Requirements:
* Must Speak English- (Portuguese, is a Plus).
* Have 2 or less years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or FMCG companies in a similar position.
* B.A degree Information Technology, Economist, Administration, Marketing.
