Task DescriptionThe program manager ensure the delivery of E2E complex program requiring cross business unit coordination & investment (up to 10M€) in the area of the new business products launch and/or services, significant IT, major technical or network evolution, major commercial contract and organizational change at the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, according to the program plan. He is coordinating numerous work packages integrating the deliverables of many experts coming from all horizons, from PXG global or from third parties/Partners (up to 20 involved team members). Frequent interaction with the executive level of the company.Responsibilities:Ensure E2E Program Delivery: Oversee end-to-end programs involving cross-business unit coordination and investments (up to €10M) in areas such as new product launches, IT development, technical/network evolution, commercial contracts, and organizational changes. Ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery.Messaging Background: A strong background in messaging technologies, including omnichannel communication and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service), is essential for this role.Coordinate Work Packages: Integrate deliverables from experts across BICS and third parties/partners (up to 20 team members).Plan and Monitor Milestones: Plan program milestones, monitor progress, resolve issues, and take corrective actions.Manage dependencies and interfaces between programs/projects, escalating recommendations to executive levels when necessary.Budget Management: Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct post-mortem analyses to verify expected results.Quality Assurance and Integrity: Ensure quality and integrity of programs by applying appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, ADKAR) and organizing regular lessons learned sessions.Customer Expectations Management: Identify and understand customer interests, implementing proactive communication and action plans throughout the project lifecycle.Manage Third Party Contributions: Oversee third-party contributions, establish communication channels, and participate in partner steering committees.Team Leadership: Manage and develop program team members, ensuring the right skills are onboard, providing training, coaching, and conducting regular follow-ups.Apply Best Practices: Utilize best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, milestone tracking, communication, and performance metrics.Business Process Alignment: Align business processes and procedures for ongoing programs to maximize business value.Experience:Education: Master's degree (minimum)Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Program Manager.Minimum of 5 years of experience within the messaging sector or a related industry is required.Telecom/CPaas industry knowledge is mandatory.Language Skills: Fluent in EnglishRequired Competencies:Strong leadership and communication skillsConsistent drive for results and excellenceDecisive, highly organized, and able to set clear prioritiesExcellent planning and problem-solving abilitiesResilient under stress and adept at managing ambiguityDetermined and effective negotiatorAbout the recruitment process:First HR interviewPresentation to be prepared (20mn)Presentation to be done to the Hiring Manager (2nd interview)
