In this role, you’ll help design and automate robust ML pipelines, productionize models, and ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of ML solutions that drive customer impact.You’ll work closely with data scientists and engineers to operationalize ML workflows, ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and performance. While tools like Docker and Kubernetes are a plus, our current stack focuses more on cloud-native services and automation frameworks.We value engineers who bring strong technical skills and a customer-first mindset. Understanding business needs and translating them into scalable ML solutions is key to success in this role.ResponsibilitiesBuild and automate ML pipelines (CI/CD, CT) for training, evaluation, and deploymentProductionize ML models into clean, modular, and maintainable codeImplement versioning and governance for data, code, and modelsMonitor model performance, data drift, and system healthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutionsMust-Have Skills7+ years of experience in ML engineering or MLOpsStrong Python and SQL skillsExperience with Apache Spark or equivalent for large-scale data processingHands-on with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)Familiarity with MLOps frameworks, model registries, and experiment trackingProficiency with Git for version controlNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and ML monitoring toolsUnderstanding of ML fundamentals and algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)Familiarity with libraries like scikit-learn, pandasAbility to understand and translate business needs into technical solutionsSoft SkillsStrong customer focus and stakeholder collaborationAbility to align technical solutions with business objectives
