As the ideal candidate, you are a skilled
Project Validation Coordinator (VALCO)
with a passion for quality systems and project management. Your expertise in validation practices and schedule coordination will be vital to the success of our projects.
* You support the project lead in coordinating the project team to achieve defined project deliverables related to validation.
* You compose and consolidate the overall validation project plan/report, clarifying the validation strategy to the project team, management, and inspectors.
* You continuously follow up on the predefined validation strategy and provide an overview of the status and potential impact on project timelines.
* You coach project engineers on validation and quality systems, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* You facilitate and document quality system risk assessment activities.
* You bridge communication gaps between Engineering, Quality Projects, SMEs, and System Owners.
* You assist the project lead in defining and evaluating planning risks along with a mitigation plan.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a relevant degree in Project Management or a similar field.
* You have at least
3 years of experience
in project coordination, particularly in validation.
* You possess hard skills in
project scheduling
and familiarity with quality systems.
* You are an excellent communicator.
* You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* You are proficient with project management software and tools.
