As they scale, they are launching a powerful new digital platform that will transform how customers discover, purchase, and manage sustainable properties — and they're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help shape its future.
The RoleThis is a full-time payroll position for a skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in product-focused environments. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and optimising our new platform, working closely with product, design, and leadership teams.You'll contribute across the entire stack, influence technical decisions, and help us build a secure, scalable, and high-performing system from the ground up.
What You'll Be DoingDesigning and developing scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.jsBuilding and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend servicesDeveloping intuitive, responsive front-end interfacesCollaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiencesWriting clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeContributing to architecture decisions and technical strategyOptimising performance, reliability, and securitySupporting CI/CD and deployment processes(Bonus) Contributing to data services or automation features using PythonWhat They're Looking For
2+ years of professional full stack development experienceStrong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.jsExperience designing and consuming REST APIsSolid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Experience with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Bonus:Experience with PythonCloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience working on product platforms or SaaS applicationsKnowledge of security best practicesInterest in sustainability, green technology, or proptech
