Our client is hiring anAgile Service Delivery Manager within the Data Build Cluster. This role bridges vendor-based scrum teams and internal governance stakeholders, ensuring agile delivery performance, operational alignment, and continuous improvement. The SDM will monitor sprint delivery, manage KPIs, and act as a key escalation point while fostering agile maturity across teams.
Responsibilities:
* Track and challenge delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, stability, incident trends)
* Act as an operational escalation point for vendor teams
* Monitor sprint delivery and ensure commitments are met
* Manage service delivery and vendor contracts
* Consolidate insights and report to governance stakeholders
* Advocate agile ways of working and support team autonomy
* Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
* Coach and guide teams, ensuring quality and SLA compliance
* Initiate and lead service improvement projects
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across delivery layers
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Relevant Master’s degree
* Minimum 7 years of experience in service delivery, vendor management, and agile environments
* Strong understanding of technology and service management in telecom or similar sectors
* Experience with KPI analysis and reporting
