Internship: Recruitment and HRBP support - Lummen
Mission
Ever wondered what it’s like to be work in HR? This internship is an opportunity for you to get introduced to the various HR activities in an international company. You will join a dynamic team and discover a nice work atmosphere. You will mainly work on project related to our site in Lummen and will be given real responsibilities.
Depending of the projects/period of your internship, this is a list of tasks you would be involved in:
1. Publish job offers on websites and check the publications
2. Collaborate on building long-term relations with schools and universities
3. Direct search on LinkedIn
4. Assist interviews with candidates with a senior recruiter
5. Do phone screenings with candidates
6. Send reasoning tests to candidates
7. Schedule interviews
8. Collaborate on reports in Excel of the recruitment activities
9. Put CVs in our database
10. Help with the organization of jobdays
11. Optimize our onboarding process
12. Some administrative tasks, e.g. send emails to candidates, prepare welcome packs for new comers, put jobs offers in the correct templates etc.
13. Support the HRBP of Lummen
14. Support on the set up of training programs
Profile
15. Currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications or a similar study program
16. Motivated and willing to learn
17. Communicative
18. Trustworthy and reliable
19. Fluently in Dutch and a good knowledge of English
