You will be part of a team of Construction Managers, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects in a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires strong autonomy, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.The Role & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the client’s project leadership team, your responsibilities will include:Managing construction permits and supervising site activitiesCoordinating with multiple Project Leaders across departmentsEnsuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout all phasesOverseeing the full lifecycle of construction projectsSupporting infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical worksEnsuring alignment with GMP standards and internal proceduresParticipating in weekend work (approx. 10 weekends/year).Skills & QualificationsYou hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related fieldYou have proven experience in construction and site supervision, ideally within GMP-regulated environmentsYou are fluent in French and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven settingYou can work autonomously and adapt quickly, ideally becoming operational within the first monthYou are familiar with GMP rules and safety standardsYou bring expertise in infrastructure, mechanical, or electrical worksYou are open to working approximately 10 weekends per year as part of project requirementsYou thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teamYou are a junior profile with high autonomy, or a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of complex projects.Your TeamYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality construction projects in a regulated environment.
