Senior Social Media Manager – Luxury & Personal Brand
Overview
We are seeking a senior, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow two distinct brands:
1. Philippe Harold
– a high-end jewellery brand with a strong reputation in Ireland
2. Personal Brand (Marcel)
– positioning a diamond trader and industry expert as a trusted authority
This role requires strategic thinking, strong aesthetic judgment, and a clear understanding of how social media supports brand positioning and revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
* Develop
separate social media strategies
for each brand, aligned with distinct objectives
* Create monthly and weekly content plans with clear intent (brand, trust, conversion, engagement)
* Define content pillars and formats (Reels, posts, stories, lives)
Content Execution
* Direct and manage short-form video content (Reels-first approach)
* Write high-quality captions aligned with luxury brand tone
* Design and manage Instagram Stories (polls, Q&A, launches, social proof)
* Ensure visual consistency and premium presentation
Brand-Specific Focus
Philippe Harold
* Trust-building and authority content
* Craftsmanship, diamonds, and product storytelling
* Reviews, testimonials, and social proof
* Conversion-oriented content (DMs, website clicks, launches)
Personal Brand
* Educational content around diamonds and the trade
* Behind-the-scenes (fairs, sourcing, deals, travel)
* Opinion-led and authority positioning
* Engagement with buyers, partners, and industry contacts via DMs
Growth & Performance
* Implement organic growth strategies (no fake engagement or low-quality tactics)
* Coordinate with paid ads when relevant
* Track and report monthly performance (reach, engagement, saves, DMs, leads)
* Continuously optimise based on data
Workflow & Communication
* Prepare content for approval at least
7 days in advance
* Implement a structured approval process (Notion / Google Drive / Sheets)
* Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally
* Maintain clear, proactive communication
RequirementsMust-Have
* Proven experience managing
luxury, jewellery, fashion, finance
* Strong understanding of Instagram as a growth and sales channel
* Demonstrated ability to drive
leads, DMs, or revenue

* Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take ownership

* Experience with personal brands or founders
