Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Product Owner & Data Analyst based in Hasselt, with flexibility to work from home on certain days.
As a product owner, you would be responsible for managing our energy sharing related products. The role involves managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer support.
It also includes collaborating with various teams to maximize the value of the product and service offerings.
As part of the business team, you will:
Act as a Data analyst:
* Collect and translate customer needs into clear business requirements
* Oversee product development through backlog management, testing, and validation. Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams.
* Contribute to ideation sessions to continuously improve our services
* Run and maintain our existing products (integrating customer’s or team’s feedback)
Be the main point of contact for our customers:
* Provide coaching and training on our platforms
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve potential incidents
* Perform additional analyses on demand (business cases, sensitivity analyses, etc.)
Qualifications
* Strong interest in the energy transition; knowledge of the energy market is a plus.
* 3–5 years of experience in consulting or similar roles, with a solid technical foundation (software development).
* Analytical mindset with solid project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, with a “Swiss army knife” mindset
* Fluency in Dutch or French, with good working knowledge of English
* A strong mix of business intuition, technical expertise, and consulting rigor
