Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise audit projects, ensuring high-quality service and timely execution.
* Develop and coordinate audit programs, organize planning, and liaise with key managers.
* Conduct financial audits, prepare advisory reports, and discuss outcomes with client management.
* Advise on internal controls and audit procedures across various branches, enhancing operational efficiency.
* Prepare official documents such as consolidated annual accounts and tax returns, and assist in legal audits such as mergers and demergers.
* Stay updated on industry trends through continuous professional development at the BDO Academy and other training opportunities.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least two years of professional audit experience.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
* Proficiency in IT and MS Office tools.
* Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility.
