Key Responsibilities Include:
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager in IT projects.
2. Mastery of at least one Agile methodology (preferably Scrum) and project management tools.
3. Experience in application development projects.
4. Knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, Sharepoint, Jahia, Odoo, Java, and Pega.
5. Ability to understand technical constraints of technologies managed in Service Centers and communicate them clearly to the business.
6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
7. Leadership, decision-making, and proactive attitude.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
9. Autonomy, teamwork appreciation, results orientation.
10. Pragmatism, adaptability, and ability to step back.
11. Very good writing and synthesis skills.
