The team you will be a part of The Digital Marketing team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience and analyzes their effectiveness. Develops and maintains website graphic designs and layout to support the organization's image, identity and brands. May be responsible for social media marketing and online community management. This role in summary The Ecommerce Analyst (EMEA) is responsible for driving revenue growth across diverse European markets. This is a results-oriented role requiring a deep understanding of the EMEA e-commerce landscape. You will be the architect of our regional affiliate strategy, the lead negotiator for third-party partnerships, and the operational lead for our international marketplace expansion. Your responsibilities will include 1. EMEA Affiliate Network Management (Awin) _Regional Strategy:_ Lead and scale our affiliate program across EMEA territories using Awin as the primary platform. _Localization:_ Adapt affiliate creative and offers to suit regional languages, cultural nuances, and peak trading periods (e.g., Singles' Day, Ramadan, or Black Friday). _Partner Recruitment:_ Identify and onboard high-impact publishers, influencers, and loyalty sites specific to key EMEA markets (UK, DACH, France, Nordics). 2. International Marketplace & 3rd Party Partnerships _EMEA Marketplace Ownership:_ Manage and optimize presence on key regional marketplaces (e.g., Amazon EU, Bol.com), ensuring product data and pricing are localized. _Strategic Alliances:_ Secure and manage B2B partnerships and third-party collaborations that increase brand visibility across the EMEA region. _Launch Coordination:_ Lead the operational rollout when entering new European territories. 3. Financial Operations & Compliance _Invoice & Commission Management:_ Oversee complex, multi-currency commission structures and ensure timely payment of invoices across different regional legal entities. _Regulatory Alignment:_ Ensure all affiliate and partnership activities comply with local regulations, including GDPR and regional advertising standards. _Budget Tracking:_ Manage the EMEA partnership budget, ensuring optimal ROAS across different currency zones. 4. KPI & Performance Management _Data-Driven Insights:_ Monitor KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Share of Voice, and Marketplace GMV per country. _Reporting:_ Provide monthly performance deep-dives to the regional leadership team, highlighting growth opportunities and market-specific trends. Minimum requirements A proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets in a competitive international environment. Deep knowledge of the European and Middle Eastern marketplace and affiliate landscape is essential. Ability to manage relationships across different cultures and time zones, and effectively communicate with internal Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams. You are highly organized and comfortable managing the "paperwork" of partnerships (contracts, invoices, and data auditing). 2 years in Affiliate Marketing or Marketplace Management, specifically within the EMEA region. Mastery of Awin and experience with marketplace integrators (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Channable, or Lengow). Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second European language (German, French, or Dutch) is an advantage.
