Account Manager – FinTech / SaaS | Antwerp (On-site Preferred)
Following a recent board decision and continued growth, a fast-scaling SaaS company is expanding its commercial team. We're looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients and play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships.
This is not a maintenance role — it's a strategic, high-impact position where you will directly influence client growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
Your Impact
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, acting as a trusted advisor while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen partnerships.
* Own and manage a portfolio of FinTech / SaaS clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Act as a strategic advisor on financial and operational processes
* Lead business reviews and proactively identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams
* Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction
* Play a visible role in a fast-growing company with real ownership
This role blends relationship management, commercial strategy, and consultative selling.
What You Bring
* 1-2 years of experience in Financial Consulting, or Auditing
* Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
* Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
* Native-level Dutch and fluent English
* Confident communicator who builds trust at all levels
* Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a scale-up environment
* Based in or near Antwerp
