Nexeo Belgium is looking for a UX Writer to support one of the top digital initiatives within the financial sector. As a UX Writer, you will: Write clear, concise, and user-centric microcopy, including buttons, titles, error messages, and instructions Collaborate closely with designers, product experts, and developers to integrate copy seamlessly into digital products Adapt and refine UX copy throughout the development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across all UX writing Rephrase and adapt copy written by French-speaking colleagues into Dutch Update and maintain our content database Develop and maintain UX copy guidelines and standards with your fellow UX Writers Iterate copy based on user feedback and usability testing insights Your profile: Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects Deep understanding of UX and UI principles and mobile-first design Ability to understand and map full customer journeys alongside UX/UI and conceptual designers Familiarity with design processes and cross-functional collaboration Excellent writing skills in Dutch, with fluency in French (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2) Soft skills: Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize effectively Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to defend choices while remaining open to feedback Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented work style Creative, proactive, and solution-driven mindset, thriving within project constraints Ability to propose multiple UX copy solutions to stimulate further reflection and stakeholder discussions Energized by deadlines and flexible working environments Work location: Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking We offer: A competitive salary package An opportunity to be part of impactful digital transformation projects Ready to shape user experiences with great UX writing?
