Hospitality Talents is a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier hospitality professionals with prestigious employers. We are proud to partner with a growing, innovative hotel group in their search for a Regional Revenue Manager/DORM to drive revenue excellence across their Belgian portfolio.
Our client, a fast-growing hotel group with a diverse portfolio in Belgium, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Revenue Management to design and implement a global revenue framework across multiple hotels in different economic zones. This role goes beyond traditional revenue management: you will orchestrate the full revenue ecosystem—from pricing and distribution (direct/indirect) to Total Revenue Management (including M&E)—to drive profitability and market leadership.
Your challenge: Turn data into revenue growth, align commercial strategies with local market dynamics, and optimize every revenue stream (rooms, F&B, meetings & events) for maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Leadership
* Develop and deploy a unified revenue strategy for hotels in distinct economic zones (urban, leisure, MICE), adapting to local demand and competition.
* Lead Total Revenue Management: Oversee pricing, inventory, and distribution for rooms, F&B, and M&E, ensuring a holistic approach to profitability.
* Optimize distribution mix: Balance direct channels (website, loyalty) and indirect channels (OTAs, corporate, wholesale) to reduce costs and maximize conversion.
* Analyze and act: Use market data, competitor benchmarks, and performance KPIs (RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR) to refine strategies in real time.
Commercial Collaboration
* Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with commercial actions (promotions, segmentation, upselling).
* Train and mentor hotel teams on revenue best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
* Own stakeholder relationships: Work closely with general managers, sales directors, and corporate teams to ensure strategies are executed flawlessly.
Market & Technology Expertise
* Stay ahead of Belgian market trends (corporate demand, leisure shifts, MICE opportunities) and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Leverage revenue tech stack (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS, CRM tools) to automate processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.
* Innovate in M&E revenue: Develop pricing and packaging strategies for events, banquets, and group business to maximize space utilization.
Profile
* 5+ years in Revenue Management, with proven success in multi-property or regional roles (hotel chains, management companies, or asset management).
* Experience on the Belgium Market is a must
* Total Revenue Management experience: Track record of managing rooms + ancillary revenue (F&B, M&E, spa, etc.).
* Distribution mastermind: Deep knowledge of channel management, OTA contracts, and direct booking optimization.
* Analytical and tech-savvy: Advanced Excel skills + proficiency in revenue management software (specify if tools like Duetto/IDeaS are required).
* Leadership skills: Ability to influence without authority, train teams, and drive change across properties.
* Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); Dutch or French is a strong plus.
* Location flexibility: Based in Brussels or Antwerp, with regular travel to properties in key economic zones.
Why This Role?
* High-impact position: Shape the revenue future of a diverse, expanding portfolio in Belgium's top markets.
* Holistic scope: Go beyond rooms—own the full revenue picture, including M&E and ancillary streams.
* Competitive package: Salary + performance bonuses + benefits tailored to your experience.
* Flexibility: Hybrid work model with autonomy to drive results.
Benefits
* A full-time position with a competitive salary package, aligned with your experience and skills.
* Attractive benefits, including expense allowances, meal vouchers, and all necessary work tools.
* The opportunity to thrive in a unique, high-end venue with a passionate and dynamic team.
