Social Media Management
Define the Social Media strategy and keep the global social content calendar updated at all times.
Owner of all Social Media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) for Wolf Lubricants, Champion Lubricants and Wolf Oil Corporation.
Act as main contact for regional marketing and collaborate with regional agencies when needed for their social media campaigns.
Collaborate with our in-house design studio for creation of social media assets in line with the global content plan and in collaboration with Brand & Partnerships.
Act as the primary contact for the social media agency; quality-check all content and copy.
Respond to interactions on global accounts and escalate issues to the correct internal owners.
Ensure global social content is consistent, accurate and on-brand.
Digital Content & Channel Management
Update website content (pages, blogs, navigation) and ensure alignment with digital strategy via Kontent.Support the creation, preparation, and publishing of email content for newsletters, product updates, events and campaigns.
Data, Reporting & Quality Monitoring
Support digital analytics (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Suite) and interpret data to provide insights and proactively flag improvements.
Develop and implement a structured framework for global and local performance reporting, as well as standardised training programmes and compliance guidelines for local agencies
5–7 years’ experience in digital marketing, in a B2B environment.
~ Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
~ Skilled in marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, MailChimp).
