Responsibilities
You participate in deploying the commercial policy and operational functioning for your key customer portfolio.
You develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio.
You manage negotiations with clients, aligning with the commercial strategy and client terms.
You ensure timely delivery of the right products and services to clients.
You plan and forecast for your key accounts.
You lead and develop a team of 12, including pharmaceutical representatives and beauty advisors.
You recruit talented team members in collaboration with the HR department.

You have extensive experience in a commercial role, focusing on people management, key account management, and business development.
You are a strong negotiator with a proven ability to drive business growth.
You possess analytical capabilities and a strategic vision.
You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English .
