We are seeking a CAD Drafter with expertise in Building Technology/Construction Physics.
Your role is crucial: providing comprehensive technical and administrative support during the construction phase of specialized projects.
Your Mission & Responsibilities:
* You will be the vital link ensuring that all technical documentation accurately reflects the on-site reality and that execution runs smoothly.
* You create the final working drawings in 2D CAD based on sketches, DWGs, or PDFs provided by the team.
* You adjust the plans to match the actual situation and conditions on the construction site.
* You actively detect and resolve potential conflicts during the execution phase.
* You flag problems, consult on potential solutions, and coordinate closely with the client, the architect, and the engineering team.
* You efficiently use libraries, link files, and correctly archive all plans and associated information, including legends, scale, and numbering.
Education and Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Building Technology (Bouwkunde)
* strong knowledge of building technology (bouwkunde).
* You work accurately and structured, with a keen eye for technical details.
* communicative and align the detailing of plans with their specific application.
* stress-resistant, a proactive problem-solver who detects and resolves potential conflicts.
* knowledge/experience in a 2D CAD package.
* Specific "on-the-job" training will be provided.
* Englisch or Dutch : very well; knowledge of French is an extra asset.
