For one of our clients we are looking for Java software architect with a strong background in cloud-native application design and enterprise integration.

What you will do:
* Design and implement modular, service-oriented architectures using cloud-native principles
* Lead the adoption of containerization and orchestration technologies to improve deployment efficiency and system scalability.
* Establish and maintain integration frameworks that support real-time data exchange and event-driven communication.
* Define and promote development standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across multiple teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional units to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
* Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Drive automation initiatives to streamline software delivery pipelines and reduce operational overhead.
* Monitor system performance and implement observability tools to ensure reliability and traceability.
Your skills:
* Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices architectures.
* Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud infrastructure.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to coach and support teams in adopting new technologies and methodologies.
Tech stack:
* Programming Languages: Java (5-9 years)
* Frameworks & Tools: Spring ecosystem, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines
* Integration Technologies: Messaging systems, event streaming, API gateways
* Monitoring & Logging: Distributed tracing, centralized logging platforms
* Version Control & Collaboration: Git-based repositories, agile project tools
* Operating Systems: Linux-based environments (5+ years)
