Objetive:
The Corporate Compensation & Benefits Consultant will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CPO, leading key initiatives related to compensation architecture, benefits optimization, market competitiveness, and compensation governance across the organization.
This role requires a highly analytical and business-oriented professional capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring compensation and benefits programs are aligned with organizational priorities, market practices, financial sustainability, and employee value proposition.
The consultant will play a critical role in assessing current compensation frameworks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing practical and scalable solutions within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsabilities:
Compensation Strategy & Organizational:
* Analysis:Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current compensation and benefits framework, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
* Lead market benchmarking analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
* Develop recommendations regarding salary structures, pay positioning, grading frameworks, and compensation philosophy.
* Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business priorities and workforce planning.
Salary Structures & Compensation Governance:
* Design, review, and optimize salary bands, pay grades, compensation structures, and job architecture.
* Evaluate job classifications and internal leveling consistency to support organizational alignment.
* Support the development and enhancement of compensation policies, guidelines, and governance processes.
* Provide recommendations regarding promotions, salary adjustments, internal mobility, and compensation-related decisionmaking.
Benefits Strategy & Optimization:
* Evaluate the effectiveness, competitiveness, and financial sustainability of existing employee benefits programs.
* Recommend enhancements to strengthen employee experience and total rewards positioning.
* Support benefits harmonization and optimization initiatives where applicable.
Compensation Analytics & Executive Reporting:
* Develop compensation analysis, financial models, and executive reports to support strategic workforce decisions.
* Generate actionable insights through data analytics related to compensation trends, labor costs, workforce structures, and pay equity.
* Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership, including the CPO and senior stakeholders.
Project Execution & Stakeholder:
* ManagementLead compensation and benefits initiatives from diagnostic phase through imple
* mentation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
* Manage multiple priorities while ensuring project milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
* Operate with a strong sense of ownership, discretion, and execution excellence.
Professional Experience:
* Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits at a corporate level, preferably within complex, matrixed, multinational, luxury, hospitality, real estate, or high-growth environments.
* Strong background in compensation structures, salary benchmarking, organizational leveling, and benefits design.
* Experience working closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to combine strategic perspective with operational execution.
* Advanced English & Spanish (mandatory).
