Otium is a shareholder in e-peas (Belgium-based company), a pioneering deeptech company specializing in ultra-low power semiconductor solutions that enable wireless devices to operate autonomously by harvesting ambient energy.
In this context, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, playing a key role in driving the company's growth and supporting its mission to revolutionize the industry with innovative, green energy solutions.
Expected Outcomes
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, your mission will be to actively support and participate in the growth and strategic structuring of E-Peas, with the goal of positioning the company as a global key player in its field, working closely with the CEO. You will be involved in both strategic and operational matters, with the following key objectives:
- Help transition E-Peas from an emerging technology leader to a global key player;
- Contribute to building a scalable organization to accelerate international development;
- Participate in various funding rounds and financial structuring to secure the next stages of growth;
- Identify and report operational inefficiencies to the CEO, suggesting possible improvements;
- Develop and manage KPIs to enable precise performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Operational Execution
- Translate the CEO's strategic objectives into structured, operational, and measurable action plans;
- Coordinate internal teams in close collaboration with the CEO to ensure smooth and effective execution of strategic priorities;
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement, providing concrete recommendations to the CEO.
Business Development and Strategic Partnerships
- Support the CEO in structuring the sales pipeline to accelerate and optimize the conversion of strategic prospects, as well as acquiring Tier 2 clients.
Fundraising and Investor Relations
- Coordinate the preparation of board meetings and ensure rigorous, effective communication with existing investors;
- Organize potential fundraising rounds, coordinating strategy and interactions with future investors;
- Prepare financial and strategic materials required by investors, banks, and strategic partners.
Expansion
- Work with sales and marketing teams to structure and execute the international expansion strategy (new market development, strategic establishment, management of local resources);
- Structure and optimize internal processes to ensure rapid, sustainable, and scalable global growth;
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure progress against targets set by senior management.

Profile Sought
We are looking for a structured and analytical leader, able to operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and organization.
- At least 4 years' experience in a consulting firm;
- Graduate of a top-tier school (an engineering background is a plus);
- Rigorous, analytical, and structured mindset;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects;
- Knowledge of the semiconductor sector is a plus;
- Fluent English required.
Compensation package will be based on profile.
