The Sales Trainer will have the following responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales and brand visibility.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps and boost sell‑out performance.
* Drive commercial momentum during key periods.
* Conduct analytical reviews and audits of market trends, competition, and business performance.
* Bring strong commercial skills combined with genuine passion for watches and product knowledge.
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales position
* Knowledge of Luxury sector
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
