Job Description
We are looking for an independent, communicative and well-organized colleague who would expand our team providing immigration services to our clients. Processing of work permits a residence permit is a rather complex process that always depends on the specific circumstances of the applicant for a stay in Slovakia, so there is never a shortage of interesting moments at work.
* Communication with clients and their employees in connection with processing the registration of EU citizens and processing residence permits for citizens of third countries on the territory of the Slovak Republic
* Documents preparation for applications for registration and residence permit.
* Personal assistance to foreigners during registrations (applying for a residence permit with the police and the fulfillment of other duties)
* Cooperation and communication with foreign police departments, labor offices and other relevant authorities institutions
* Providing advice to clients and their employees arriving or living on territory of the Slovak Republic in the field of immigration regulations
Qualifications
* Education: University degree I and above, graduates
* Slovak language - Advanced (C1)
* Good communication skills in English (B2) in internal communication as well as in communication with clients, foreigners and state institutions
* A communicative person who likes to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds, is capable to deal politely and professionally with strangers
* A very organized, kind and patience personality
* Diligent and detail oriented, a technology-friendly team member
* Experience in the immigration field is an advantage, but not a requirement
* Responsible and proactive approach to work
* Interest and striving for personal and career growth
