* Entry, processing, and follow-up of customer orders through to delivery and invoicing (Order to Cash).
* Replenishment and management of consignment orders, with proactive follow-up of customer files.
* Centralization of customer complaints, with internal consultation to provide appropriate solutions.
* Close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
* Experience in order processing, invoicing, and delivery management
* Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
* Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Experience with an ERP system (such as Navision or AX) is a plus
* Ability to work independently, pragmatically, and resourcefully
* Experience in the FMCG sector is essential
