Position: Clinical Solutions Associate
Location: Belgium (Remote) or Remote Europe

Planet Pharma are we are partnered with a Global Leading Biotechnology company, who are currently hiring for Clinical Solutions Associate to join their Global Clinical Sciences and Operations team, on a 12 month contract, fully remote.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee clinical systems, integrations, and data repositories (e.g., CTMS, eTMF, EDC/TMS, CDR, EDMS).
* Support system upgrades and change requests, working with IT through the full SDLC.
* Document business outcomes and required data integrations, including service levels.
* Collaborate with GCSO and IT on planning and prioritization.
* Act as delegate for Process Data Owner in reviewing and approving system documentation.
* Deliver operational reports and dashboards to help clinical teams identify data issues and analyze metrics.
* Advise on new technology solutions aligned with company strategy, assessing benefits and risks.
* Lead or participate in taskforces to improve clinical systems and processes.
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure departmental alignment.
* Train, mentor, and support team members.
* Assist with audits, inspections, and other assigned projects.
Main Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with clinical data/technology systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, TMF, MDR, CDR, COAR, BI tools, integrations).
* 3 years of experience with GxP compliance and system validation.
* Strong understanding of clinical workflows and technical infrastructure.
* Experience developing new processes, SOPs, and documentation.
* Familiar with regulatory requirements, GCP, GCDMP
