I’m recruiting a
Customer Success & Growth Manager
for my client, a fast-growing Belgian scale-up with a
unique, near-monopoly position
in the European energy management market.
My client offers a complete end-to-end energy optimization solution – from prospecting and onsite installation to data management and reporting. Their clients include Amazon, Action, Belfius, and leading retail and healthcare organisations.
As a
Customer Success & Growth Manager, you’ll be the vital link between clients and technology. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, help them use my client's software to its full potential, and build strong long-term relationships. You’ll also identify commercial opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding clients and training them on the SaaS platform Helping clients interpret and use data for reporting and decision-making Acting as the first point of contact for questions and optimizations Collaborating closely with field engineers and technical teams Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities Monitoring customer satisfaction and reporting on commercial results
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with a small, ambitious customer success and sales team.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2–3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Account Management Fluent in
Dutch and English
(French and German are strong assets) Affinity with SaaS, software, or energy solutions Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) Excellent communicator, proactive and down-to-earth Flexible and comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
