In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading project implementation deployments at multiple sites across the NATO enterprise. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTracking, monitoring and reporting on project progress for stakeholders. /li liManaging and leading the project implementation deployments at each site for ITM‑R WP2‑Kiosk. /li liLiaison/ coordination with site representatives at all locations prior to deployment and final site acceptance. /li liManage issuance of security cards in line with local and operational requirement. /li liManages project funding in line with authorisation and internal governance model. /li liLiaise with suppliers/sub‑contractors associated with ITM‑R project. /li liUse’s Prince2 as a project management Governance model. /li liRaise Risks and Issue’s accordingly and report to POM for traceability. /li liTrack all related interdependences and detail and report accordingly. /li liFollow all security policy and doctrine across the enterprise. /li liPlanning and manage technical meetings with project Team and external technical teams. /li liProject management reports/status on ad‑hoc basis when required. /li liMaintains collaborative project SharePoint site for Kiosk WP2. /li liMaintains the documentation configuration baselines and logs; and supports the change management process. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of project management, or related activities in an international environment. /li liKnowledge in NATO military and civilian structure, organizations and agencies; ACO/ACT/NCIA/NDW/NCSC/NISC. /li liProficiency and proven experience in managing deployment of CIS at multiple international locations. Delivery focused. /li liThorough knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential; with ability to write concise texts / instructions for different audiences; /li liGood Knowledge and experience in project management software (eg Microsoft Project, Service NOW); /li liA recognized Project Management certification, such as Prince2 or PMP. /li liGood knowledge of configuration management principles and processes /li liAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders with positive attitude. /li liAble to manage teams of engineers at multiple sites across the enterprise. /li liStrong diplomacy, coordination and persuasion skills; Strong leadership skills; Strong planning skills; /li liStrong analytical thinking; Strong reporting and writings skills; Strong presenting skills; /li liThe need to take ownership of tasks and wish to accomplish them to the end; /li liSelf-discipline and ability to work and deliver, results focused. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
