A Day in the Life

As Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will connect with client hospitals, understand and analyze their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient and staff experience. This is a role focused on working in the Benelux (across various hospital clients) with a willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally within EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). It is possible to work alternately on-site and remotely, depending on the consultancy assignments. This role is offered as an initial 12-months contract to cover maternity leave with possible extension.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
1. Work with your team on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare
2. Drive complex transformational change
3. Design and implementing growth strategies
4. Develop and streamlining patient-focused care pathways
5. Improve operational excellence helps hospitals innovate and optimize, e.g. Same-day discharge, Remote care, Regional collaboration, New care concepts, Growth programs
6. Help physicians and hospital management improve outcomes
7. Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and the team
Required Knowledge and Experience:
8. A couple of years of relevant consulting experience (preferred), healthcare consulting or/and some prior industry experience
9. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
10. Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
11. Relevant Master’s degree (preferred) with excellent academic + extracurricular results
12. Project management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
13. Fluent in French & English, Dutch proficiency is highly valued and will be considered a strong advantage

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Belgium: 55,200.00 EUR - 82,800.00 EUR | Netherlands: 50,720.00 EUR - 76,080.00 EUR | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
