What You'll Do
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of our energy solutions in the field. Your responsibilities include:
* Performing maintenance and repairs on energy storage systems and substations.
* Diagnosing issues, replacing components, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
* Conducting inspections, visual checks, and technical measurements.
* Collaborating with support engineers to resolve complex faults.
* Logging service activity and keeping your service van fully equipped.
* Identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer support.
You'll travel across Belgium (and occasionally neighboring countries) to provide top-level technical support, making every day dynamic and impactful.
What We're Looking For
* Technical education (MBO 4, TSO/BSO, or similar) in Electrical Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B field service or technical support.
* Knowledge of power electronics is a major plus.
* Valid B driving license.
* VCA VOL and NEN 3140/3840 certified (or willing to obtain).
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
* Flexible with shifts, evenings, weekends, and travel within Belgium and nearby regions.
