* Lead project teams and coordinate activities between internal product teams and external suppliers.
* Manage the delivery of infrastructure and development projects within defined time, budget, and scope.
* Perform independent analytical tasks to translate high-level guidelines into concrete technical requirements.
* Coordinate project communication and reporting across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Support and facilitate team members to ensure smooth project operations and goal achievement.
* Monitor the implementation of security standards across various technical and organizational domains.
* Report progress and risks directly to the program management office.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a project lead overseeing infrastructure or software development projects.
* 1+ years of experience with information security and NIS regulations.
* Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a strategic change environment.
* Extensive knowledge of Cybersecurity Governance and its application.
* Strong grasp of PM methodologies including terminology, roles, and processes such as Prince2 or PMBok.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and oversee their practical implementation.
* Strong analytical skills for detailed follow-up and task-based analysis.
* Excellent reporting and communication skills within complex organizational contexts.
* You are native or near-native in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.
Nice to Haves
* Possession of a Prince2 certification.
* Experience with ITIL processes and supply chain security.
* Practical knowledge of risk management within IT and security projects.
* Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools.
* Previous experience working within the public sector.

* Start date: 01/03/26
* Duration: project until 15/07/27 with 12-month extension options.
