Description
* Create bank keys within the SAP system;
* Analyze bottlenecks in the flow of invoices, both incoming and outgoing, when implementing electronic invoicing, including SAP, the dematerialization provider and Peppol;
* Interact with suppliers and customers to optimize the process of sending and receiving invoices;
* Perform basic tasks related to supplier data in the master system;
* Collaborate with the TGSB and TGFS teams on reference data and invoice flows.
Profile
* Advanced academic training in a relevant field, such as engineering, management or applied sciences;
* Significant professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the energy or related services sector;
* Demonstrates a proven ability to work as part of a team, while being able to take initiative and work independently;
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
* Mastery of computer tools and software related to project management or strategic planning;
* Strong ability to analyze complex data and propose innovative solutions;
* Demonstrates rigorous compliance with safety and quality standards;
* Is bilingual, with a good command of English, which is an asset for working in an international environment;
