As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the corporate team, where we support our consultants throughout their journey.
You will join a team of three people, all motivated by the same goal of meeting future colleagues and creating an exciting career path for them. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Present shortlisted candidates to Account Managers and select the best talents,
Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and candidates meet with hiring managers, and provide relevant feedback after each step,
Prepare and present offers, as well as handling negotiations and contract signings,
Actively participate within the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with your colleagues, contributing to team dynamics and participating in joint training sessions,
Define a recruitment strategy,
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Management, Human Resources or Psychology,
You speak Dutch and English fluently, and ideally have a good level in French,
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in the IT sector,
A solution-oriented attitude and a real team player,
