Your challenge
As an Event Marketing Professional, you ensure a superb event experience for all customers and prospects at in-person or virtual events. You also support internal events, bringing together our growing global workforce to share knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you provide essential support and assistance for our Marketing & Communications team.
You Are Responsible For
Monitoring event coordination progress, keeping everything on track and on schedule.
Managing day-to-day logistics and administrative tasks to support successful event operations.
Planning and coordinating event promotion and communications, collaborating with team members to amplify our message.
Handling registrations and maintaining event documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Implementing the marketing strategy for events, aligning our efforts with broader business objectives.
Providing on-site support and ensuring smooth event execution.

As an Event Marketing Professional you'll be part of the Marketing and Communications team.
About You
Essential talents and qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a similar field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats.
An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done.
A strong sense of responsibility when taking on new projects.
